How to print your fixtures
- Set up your tournament as normal: players, format, courts.
- Tap Set Up Fixtures under Printable Fixtures, before you start.
- Optionally add a venue, turn on Estimated round times with your planned start time, and include the check-in page.
- Tap Generate PDF, then print it or share it to your group chat.
- Start the tournament. A Round Robin plays exactly the schedule you printed.
FAQ
Is printing free?
Yes. Printable fixtures and the check-in sheet are included in the free plan.
Does the app stick to the printed schedule?
For Round Robin, yes. The schedule is stored and played exactly as printed when you start. If you change the setup afterwards, the app warns that the fixtures are out of date.
What about other formats?
Knockouts, Swiss and the other formats print what's known in advance. Later rounds depend on results.
What paper size is it?
Fixtures and the check-in sheet are A4. The live QR poster is A4 or US Letter depending on your region.
How many rounds are printed for a continuous round robin?
You choose. Continuous never finishes on its own, so the app asks how many rounds to print.
