Privacy at a glance
The short version: no account, no ads, no third-party ad trackers. Your players and tournaments stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
Data stored on your device
Players, clubs, tournaments, results, seasons and settings are stored on your iPhone or iPad. There are no accounts and no iCloud sync. Pro users can export a backup file themselves.
Live links (only when you share)
When the organiser taps Live and starts sharing, the tournament's title, player names as typed, matches, scores and table are uploaded to our live-link service (hosted on Cloudflare) so anyone with the link can view them. Nothing is uploaded before sharing starts. The page is deleted when the organiser taps Stop sharing, or automatically 48 hours after the last update, 7 days after the tournament finishes, or 90 days after the last update for Pro links kept with Keep this link. Live pages are not listed in search engines.
App analytics
The app sends anonymous usage events (for example, "demo started" or "results shared") to our own analytics service. These include a random install ID (not Apple's advertising identifier), device model, iOS version, language, region, time zone and app version, plus Apple Search Ads attribution so we can tell which ads work. The app does not use the advertising identifier and doesn't show a tracking prompt.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to report on purchases and subscriptions. We never see your payment details.
Contact form
If you use Contact Us or Feature Request in the app, your message is sent through Formspree so we can read and reply to it.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't collect personal data or fingerprint visitors. Messages sent through the website's contact form are delivered through Formspree, the same as in the app.
