How many rounds is an Americano with 8 players?
Seven on 2 courts: everyone partners every other player exactly once, and nobody sits out.
Can I run an Americano with 12 or 16 players?
Yes. 12 players on 3 courts take 11 rounds and 16 on 4 courts take 15 for everyone to partner everyone once. With fewer courts, players sit out in turn.
Does it work out the Americano points?
No. The schedule is free to print; keep the points on the sheet. The Tournament Generator app rotates partners Americano-style and ranks by wins, then point difference, not total points. There's no Mexicano mode.
What's the difference between Americano and Mexicano?
In an Americano the partner rotation is set in advance. In a Mexicano each round's teams are made from the current standings.
